We're pleased to announce that in early 2015 we received the wonderful news that the Wenner-Gren
Foundation had approved our funding
application to hold a workshop on the topic of Decolonisation and Human Origins: Being and
Becoming 'Us'. This small invitation-only workshop will held at the University of Western Australia
in late October 2015 and this funding will enable us to bring together a multi-disciplinary group of experts from the fields of archaeology, biological anthropology, social anthropology, history and philosophy.
In the lead up to this workshop, we will be updating this site with information about the participants, themes, abstracts as well as various public events. An outline of the workshop aims and scope is now available here.
